Prepare the applicant’s details

The form asks for the applicant’s full name, phone number, Ghana Card number, location, date of birth and occupation. Use details exactly as shown on the Ghana Card. The application requires applicants to be at least 18.

Permission and payment

Get the applicant’s permission before submitting their information for AFA registration. Review the details and the current price in your account before confirming your Skytech wallet payment. Keep personal documents inside the authenticated application; do not post them on public pages.

Track the application

A pending status means the application is still being reviewed. Your registration history shows the verified status. If you need help with an existing application, sign in to support and provide its reference.
